Student Career Services
SNRE Career Services staff provides professional services through counseling and advising NRE graduate students on a variety of career development and internship/job search issues. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and resources needed to market your education and abilities.
eRecruiter is your portal to SNRE's online career services for students, alumni, faculty and employers.
eRecruiter allows students to:
- Create a search agent. Job or internship postings that meet your criteria will be emailed to you.
- Create a networking profile and view profiles of other students, alumni, and environmental professionals for professional networking and career mentoring.
- Post your resume online. Employers can search for students and create resume books.
- Apply directly to jobs and internships online.
- View SNRE's career events calendar and RSVP for events.
- Track jobs and internships that you've applied for online or that you have stored to your favorites list.
- Store drafts of resumes, cover letters, references, portfolios, etc.
- Access to paid job subscriptions (Green Careers Journal and Environmental Career Opportunities). These environmental job subscriptions are available to SNRE students and alumni only. Please go to eRecruiter to obtain the passwords to these environmental job subscriptions.

SNRE's Coordinator of Student Career Services can meet with students individually to explore general career direction, provide customized job search assistance, review cover letters, résumés and conduct mock interviews. Please contact Lisa Yee-Litzenberg to set up an appointment.
